I had a no-heat situation today, called a regional competitor, and they still hadn't made it to my house after 10.5 hours. After calling Yuri, he arrived, identified the issue, and fixed it very quickly; he ensured I was happy, charged a reasonable amount, and was friendly and helpful the whole time. Great customer service. Go with Yuri - you'll be happy you did.

The customer service was excellent, and I always felt I was receiving honest answers and perspectives when dealing with the team at Napora. I had an emergency furnace issue on a sub-zero January night, and they showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, and provided solutions with lead times and costs in a very professional manner. I was very pleased with their work, and they also helped me coordinate with my home insurance provider to ensure they had what they needed to process my claim.

Yuri Napora is a true professional that puts his customers first, no sales pitch, just facts. He replaced our HVAC system with quality equipment at fair price. Upgraded our entire cold air return system...today is the first time in 20 years the upstairs is the same temp as the 1st floor!

Call me lucky, but the day I called Napora Heating and Cooling for the first time, everything changed. Yuri and Mike are immediately responsive, honest, kind, and thorough.
